Show them that you brush your teeth regularly and thoroughly too - brush your teeth together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rewards<\/strong>A: Consider using small rewards for brushing your teeth thoroughly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diet and dental health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proper nutrition is equally important for healthy teeth. Reduce the amount of sugars and sweets in your child's diet, for example, replace them with fruits.
